Baby #4 Is On The Way... :)

Well, I guess it has been officially announced now, so I am free to post it on here -- we are expecting once again!! Our 4th little cutie is on the way... And we are all very excited! The due date is September 29, so I am almost 14 weeks now. (Yes, Michele & Jen, you guessed right, by the way -- I just couldn't quite say anything yet until we had officially announced it -- sorry!) :) Anyway, just wanted to make that little announcement really quick. Heavenly Father continues to bless us with our fun little family, and we are so thankful and excited!! :)

Brielle in Gymnastics

We found a cute gymnastics class to start Brielle in now!! She is absolutely LOVING it! It’s so fun to watch her. Here’s some pictures of her in her new class from this past week…

Colette's ABC's, Numbers, & Colors

Colette has suddenly figured out her letters quite well – I’m always so amazed by these smart kids! She knows all her letters by sight except for like 3 of them now… So here’s a little video of her doing her ABC’s.

Finally just got these scanned into my computer -- these are Samuel's 3-year-old pictures we had taken at Wal-mart last month. He was such a good boy for them -- they turned out pretty cute! Such a handsome guy... :)

So I have a funny story to tell about Samuel since I'm posting his pictures here... He's been having issues with wanting to sleep on the floor in our room every night these days (we put our foot down at them not getting into our bed, at least), so the other night when I was telling him goodnight, I decided to try something. I told him, “Did you know that super-duper boys ALWAYS sleep on their own beds all night long, and they grow up to be super-heroes,” (I thought for sure this would affect him, as he is always pretending to be a super-hero with Brielle these days)… His response was, “Well, Samuel-boys can’t do that – they have to sleep in your room.” So I said, “Well, don’t you want to be a super-duper boy?” And without hesitation, he looked right at me and simply said, “Nope.” Ah well… Guess that didn’t work… I tried! :)

Another side-note here -- in response to the comments from my previous post (to Michele & Jen, I mean), it has mainly been due to this strange and horrible allergic reaction of mine that just continuously seems to come at random times in my life... (We've always called it an allergic reaction, but we tend to wonder if that really is what it is -- since we never can seem to link it to anything)... But anyway, I've pretty much been covered in that awful rash of mine from like my shoulders to my ankles... Not a clue why, but it has NOT been a fun time... But anyway, I'm doing lots better these days, and definitely not meaning to complain, just to answer your questions... :)

Our Three Little Stars

So the kids sang some songs for us for our family home evening last night, and it was so cute! This was the first time we had ever heard Colette sing these songs with a lot of the words actually sounding right! We were so impressed… They are definitely our entertainment! (Please don’t pay attention to the disastrous state of the room… Not much of an excuse, but I haven’t been feeling well lately…) :)

Fun Times

We had a fun family day this past Saturday. Just some cute pictures from the day. We let the kids ride their new bikes to the park, and Samuel figured out how to pedal for the first time!! Colette did not want to miss out on the fun, so she was excited to at least share in the bike apparel even if she can’t exactly ride yet… :)
