Brielle's Birthday Party!

The long-awaited birthday party!! :) Brielle has begged us for one of these for quite a few years now! She finally got her first one.... And she had a blast!! She invited 8 girls over and there was a pinata, a pin-the-nose-on-the-snowman game, prizes & fun party-favor bags, and of course, cake & ice cream -- Brielle chose an angel cake this year from our fun cake book... (It was supposed to be a winter-wonderland theme -- also something Brielle had chosen)... She was off-the-walls excited all week for that party, and it went really well -- she has some fun friends -- they made it a fun party! Afterwards, we asked her what her favorite part was, and she said having all her friends come over to her house! (She has always LOVED anything social!) :) So anyway, here are the pictures from her party... Phew! (Hopefully we haven't set too much of a precadent for the future)... :)

(Jared was the one who eventually had to break open the pinata for us - it was quite the tough one... The girls LOVED seeing it break open!)

We just can't believe how grown-up this little girl of ours is getting... Jared took these for me this year -- he and Brielle had a fun time together finding places for her to pose! :)

Brielle's 7th Birthday!

Cannot believe we have a 7-year-old already!! Craziness... She had about a week-long celebration with Jared being gone to Albuquerque on her actual birthday, so we did as much to celebrate as possible on the day of, and waited to open presents and stuff until he was home. And then also, she got to take cupcakes to school the following day for her birthday, and she had her first birthday party with friends invited over this year!! (Which was the following weekend)... So I think we're safe to say, she had a great birthday this year! :)

We just love being so close to all our family now -- it especially made the holidays this year all the more fun! :)

Our Christmas

Okay so I'm just going to stick all of these on here!! (Can't ever seem to eliminate)... :) But we had a wonderful and fun Christmas this year! These guys just make everything a blast!!


They opened their traditional Christmas Eve present of pajamas the night before, so they could wear them to bed! (Timothy was of course more interested in the actual wrapping paper)... Very excited kids that night!

Well, we all probably got too much again as always -- always so very blessed! But it was a wonderful Christmas this year.... Always so sad when it's over!

(Samuel wanted to be certain his Star Wars guy up on the door knob was included in this picture! - He worked very hard to set his presents up for us!) :)
